Day 6 was a great day. I exercised for only forty minutes...but it felt like an empowering, energizing forty minutes. I alternated running, jogging and power walking for twenty minutes. I did strength training for the last twenty minutes...using my weight as the resistance.
I seemed to graze eat throughout the day. There was no definite and clear cut breakfast, lunch or dinner...so I'll just list everything I ate in the order that I ate it.
A small slice of pizza (My teenaged daughter had a sleepover and at 6 in the morning...they were cooking pizza. yikes--and yet I had a slice. lol)
A half a bagel
Strawberry Yogurt
A huge salad (lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cheese, croutons, peanuts, pineapple slices, lil oil)
1/2 cup applesauce
A few kernels of popcorn (about a handful)
Slice of ham lunchmeat
Corn, Mashed Potatoes & Two Chicken Tenders
I drank a total of 8 cups of pure water, and 2 or 3 cups of Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice.
Until Day 7...push hard!!!
