Day 19of 21 Day commitment
This is day nineteen and let me say I have had a rough week. I have been so busy working and getting school things ready that I have not prepared my lunches or snacks like I should have done. I must say that today was a really good day for me since I was able to admit to myself that I had a bad week with packing my food but I am not letting that get me down I am jumping back on board tomorrow. I can actually see weight loss and a lot of definition in my legs, thighs etc… even if no one else can see it lol J Day 21 is coming up and I can actually say that when I get up if I do not work out it feels as though something in my day is missing.
What’s on the menu for Day 19 of 21 for me?
Breakfast: Quarter piece of Watermelon
Snack: No snack
Lunch: 2 donuts
Snack: no Snack
Dinner: Big Garden Salad (Tomatoes, lettuce, red onions, Green onions) with Italian dressing
Yes I ate two donuts today. I had a meeting and they had really good donuts so I had one during the meeting and took one for later but end up eating that too. So I know I have to work a little harder at the gym tomorrow.
What’s on the exercise program of Day 19 of 21 for me?
Woke up at 5:00 this morning and just could not get out of bed with the energy that I usually have. I did a work out tape today for 60 min.
