Day 8of 21 Day commitment
This is day eight!!! I cannot remember much of what I did since I am a day late but I do remember what I ate because it was really, really, really good.
What’s on the menu for Day 8 of 21 for me?
Breakfast: Quarter piece of Watermelon
Snack: No snack
Lunch: Cheeseburger from Applebee’s
Snack: no Snack
Dinner: small Garden Salad (Tomatoes, lettuce, red onions, Green onions) with Italian dressing
Well I had a really, really good cheeseburger and fries for lunch but I did not eat the entire burger. I cut it into four pieces and ate 3 pieces. I wanted to eat it all but I was actually full. I did not even finish my fires so I think I did good considering that was a good hamburger.
What’s on the exercise program of Day 8 of 21 for me?
Woke up at 3:50 did an hour on the precor and went to my spin class for an hour. I wish everyone could try a spin class that has to be one of the best cardio work outs.
