Day 6 of 21 Day commitment
This is day six and I had an awesome day, a busy day but overall a really good day. I went to the health expo at McCormick place then walk over to the Women expo which was excellent also. I ate some watermelon for breakfast and forgot to bring a snack when I went downtown, so by 1pm I was starving. At the health expo they gave us a bag of natural potato chips. I won’t say the brad but let me say this if all I can eat is 4 chips out of a bag; something has to be wrong with the taste. So I basically ate four chips just because my stomach was at the point of growling. Oh I am sure I said this already but let me say it again I only at 4 chips cannot even believe it myself. So I guess I can tell you the chips were disgusting.
What’s on the menu for Day 6 of 21 for me?
Breakfast: Quarter piece of Watermelon
Snack: No Snack
Lunch: 4 NASTY, DISGUSTING potato chips
Snack: No Snack
Dinner: Big Garden Salad (Tomatoes, Black Olives, two boiled eggs, lettuce, red onions, Green onions) with Italian dressing
What’s on the exercise program of Day 6 of 21 for me?
Woke up at 7:00 this morning was in the health club by 8: am. I first work on the Precor for 60 min and did a 60 minute spin class.
