VERY BUSY DAY CHICAGO!!! We taped our show today and it was decided that our content matter is now ready to move from a thirty minute show to a whole hour! I am on pins and needles waiting for our shows to air. Our shows will begin airing next month. I will send a notification/advertising/marketing email in early September.

At 6:00pm I met up with my friend Rock who is a personal trainer. Having a history with Rock, I did not want to train with him originally. But...wanting the extra help and not willing to give my gym any more money I reached out to him. As always, Rock readily agreed to work with me. I met at his gym and he and I worked out for one hour. I tried to express as best that I could that I ONLY wanted to focus on exercise. But, Rock being Rock still brought up our past times together. At 7pm I was soaked in sweat. Rock pushed me hard today. I hugged him goodbye then raced to my own gym at Ballys.
I made it to my Hapkido class minutes before it started. Master Kim stretched us, exercised us then moved right into practice. He helped me refine my falling forms, then told me to practice it. Master Kim mentioned that he wanted to test on Thursday.
So on day 15...I exercised with a personal trainer for one hour & trained in Hapkido for one hour.
For breakfast I ate cheesegrits, sausages, half a bagel and two scrambled eggs. I drank two cups of water before breakfast and two cups of water after breakfast.
For lunch I ate a salad and drank two cups of water.
For dinner I had pizza, more pizza and then more slices of pizza. I drank 2 cups of Hawaiian punch.
I drank 4 cups of water while I worked out, bringing me to a day's total of 10 cups.
Until day 16...Venture outside of your normal path in life and discover something new.
