I exercised for one hour, but it didn't feel like it. I did my TaeBo tape again for thirty minutes (actually the working out part lasts for only 24 minutes...but you move in place for the other 6 mins). I then practiced my Hapkido sparring combos for the other thirty.
I had a nice healthy breakfast: blueberry yogurt, cheese grits, scrambled eggs, half a bagel and one sausage. I consumed two cups of water one hour before breakfast and two cups of water one hour after breakfast.
For lunch, I ate a turkey sandwich, salad and two cups of water.
My midway snack was tropical fruit from a can (not the healthiest).
For dinner I ate more pizza and drank two more cups of water.
