Day 21of 21 Day commitment
YES, Yes, Yes, This is the day, This is the day !!!!! Ok I must say my 21st day feels great I am really addicted to working out. I have the need to just work out two or three times a day. This is really funny to me. Ok it was determine that I have a hour glass shape which to me is good but I still need to make sure I get my formed in the finest shape I can get it in.
What’s on the menu for Day 21 of 21 for me?
Breakfast: Quarter piece of Watermelon
Snack: Cup of Watermelon
Lunch: two chicken tacos
Snack: no Snack
What’s on the exercise program of Day 21 of 21 for me?
Woke up at 3:30 and did my Morning exercise program. I got on the precor for 30 min this time. I then ran on the tread mill for 30 min, stretch for 30 min then did my spin class for an hour. I am feeling great.
