Day 15of 21 Day commitment
Today was an awesome day. We did our taping and had a really, really good time doing it. I am at a point now that I just not going to think about eating healthy but just live it. I was thinking too much about eating right to the point that I was watching everything little thing which to me after what I accomplish on Saturday with the skydiving it has given me a mindset that I just need to free my mind of all bad thoughts and just stay on a positive track with eating and just life in general.
What’s on the menu for Day 15 of 21 for me?
Breakfast: Malt O Meal
Snack: Cup of Watermelon
Lunch: Protein Shake (My famous peanut butter shale)
Snack: no Snack
Dinner: 2 homemade tacos with all the veggies
What’s on the exercise program of Day 15 of 21 for me?
I did a work out tape today for 60 min.
