Well, as you guys can tell, I am the one who is the lazy one of the bunch. I would start my blog on the eigth day of the month. Yet, the truth is I really couldnt log into this blogger crap!
So, I will give you guys a summary!
After we initially first started working out on our journey. You guys know I was 187lbs. I lost 2 lbs in 3 days, I never changed my diet, but I started strength training. Yes I picked up the weights, and it didn't add weight it knocked off 2lbs!! I felt so accomplished and wanted to treat myself because, its my bday weekend, I went to Caribana in Toronto Canada. Just to give you an idea of what I ate, I do not want to look at a scale, at all! But, you will be proud of me because I did workout for a good 15 minutes, while on vacation. Okay, okay, ok....I know that really sucked. But I did something vs nothing.
So, I'm still celebrating so, I'm going to have Harold's chicken with lemon pepper and mild sauce on 4wings. Yummy! Ill get back focused tomorrow I deserve it!! This morning for breakfast I had Jamaican style curry goat, sooooooooooo good! Like I said tomorrow!!!
Yet, I came to a realization this weekend, I am not satisfied with the way my body looks, not at all! Still, I am a DIVA, but being as cute as I am, and having the beautiful body structure I have, I need and will bring this body back to life!
So, I will go buy me a bike and some roller blades, if I cant get anyone to get it for me for my bday!! Who's reading this blog....hummm! lol
Other than that, I will be committed to journal everyday and also being committed to the promise I gave to me, if you cant keep a promise to yourself well then, who can you keep it to!!
