Wow, this is day 13!!

We had such an adventure yesterday, speaking of all three of us, we went skydiving in celebration of my birthday!! We had the best time ever in life!! It was so fun! We definitely pushed our mine, body, and soul to a new limit!

Have you ever touched the sky? Have you ever felt what it feels like to glide? To spread your wings in the air and soar? To defy all limits? To be what you want, when you want, and how you want?

I have!!

The feeling was so exuberant! It was the best adrenaline rushing, climax you will ever have in life!! The anticipation builds everyday, then every hour, every minute, second, off up in the plane, so much anticipation, hope, fear, life, kids, family...at the tip of the climax, greatest worst feeling in the world! Because everything flows through your mind, every moment of life you have ever had flowed through your mind in a fraction of a split, of a nanosecond.

(take a second)

Imagine that!

Once, your climax starts to descend you capture all the enjoyment of it, its so daring, risky, full of all the mysteries of the world! Then, you can contain the feeling of this free falling experience and now you don't want it to end, but you have to pull the chute!!

**No, I dont want to!**

But when you do, it lifts you up, your in pure ecstasy!

BLISS

Life sits still for you, its serene, its pure, you see the world from a bird's eye view, through your very own eyes! Coasting back down to earth, you take in the air, the trees, the water, you take in life!! Breathe, you know you are safe, and you have done a good thing!!

On embarkation, you stand and rejoice to the best feeling this world can offer a land creature.

THE ABILITY TO F L Y !!

So now, after I got out all my incredible feelings of bliss, I can lead into what I'm really here for. I have not weighed myself this week at all. But I feel thinner. I feel more lean. I continually am not eating after 7pm. I am doing weightlifting training everyday, til the point where I am so sore, it pains me to get out of bed. Yet, at the same time, that feeling of pain is incredible, its the waking up of dormant muscles, that have been idle for umpteen years, well that's an exaggeration. But you get the point.
I continually eat as I wish, I do not diet, I just portion control. I am continually taking my vitamins, fish oil, fat burners, and protein. I will weigh myself and take my measurements before our next taping to let you know where I am, and so I can be honest with you and myself. That's the reality of it, until next time!!
